Collection: Painting Mediums

No matter how top-notch your painting tool is, it won't magically make your artwork amazing. Choosing the right painting tools is key, and my philosophy is to go for the absolute best on the market! So, I'm sharing with you the materials I recommend, the ones I've found to be top-notch for my own creations over the years!

Oil paints usually contain fillers and stabilizers, and the consistency of the paint straight from the tube is typically not suitable for direct use. In general, it can be said that in oil painting, transparent colors work well in shadows, and thicker layers of paint are suitable for illuminated areas. Following this rule, I choose my medium to adjust the color according to my needs.

In each medium's description, you'll discover its applications and the reasons behind my recommendations.
